Resident Strength & Conditioning Coach, Personal Trainer
Allan is our resident Strength and Conditioning Coach. Allan is a Scottish Champion Weightlifter and has previously competed in Strongman, making it to the final of Britain’s Strongest Man u90kg. Allan holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Sport and Physical Activity and is an accredited Strength and Conditioning Coach (UKSCA). He works with Scottish Rugby doing Strength and Conditioning Coaching. Allan offers Weightlifting Coaching, Strength and conditioning, Personal Training, Strength Training and Technique Coaching.
My background is in sporting performance. I have completed my honours degree in applied sport science and will soon be undertaking a MSc in Strength and conditioning. I thrive on helping amateur athletes achieve their performance goals, I have also had professional experience at Glasgow Warriors and Australia U20 rugby.
Graeme is a fully qualified and experienced personal trainer giving fun energetic and effective personal training sessions. Graeme also teaches classes such as Kettlebells, which are again fun and invigorating while at the same time burning fat and building and strengthening muscle.
