Personal Training is one to one training with one of our trainers where you will work closely to reach your personal goals.
All Personal Training blocks include initial consultation where you will set your goals and a personalises plan to help you reach your goals.
Blocks are available in 10,20,30 sessions or if you prefer you can pay as you go for individual sessions.
