Following the Dan Johns interpretation of movement patterns, Chris Peil owner of X-Fit Gym Paisley, has developed a class which is a work based class in the form of a circuit.
This circuit is designed to take your body into the Lactic Threshold whilst still giving you the chance to recover between exercises, the idea of this is over the space of the class (1 hour for the normal class, 30 mins for the express class which are morning and lunch) we achieve accumulative fatigue.
Its hard, it works and its our very own mainstream class.
Aerobic-Boxing-Conditioning. A form of boxing and circuit training in the studio gym, but with no contact.
This class is designed to aid in weight loss, promote muscle tone whilst simulating boxing and learning new techniques.

Our Bootcamp is run indoors and combines a circuits based class with Tabata and HITT training to give you an all round cardio pumping fat bruning muscle toning workout.
Boxing Bootcamp combines Boxfit and Bootcamp into one action packed class, a combination of the two classes gets you burning calories fast and sets you up for a fantastic day.
On spin bikes, riders experience a challenging, exhilarating and fun workout. Knowledgeable and inspiring certified Gerry Gorman will take you on a race or an adventure you will not forget – he leads the pack – ensuring riders get the best workout and enjoy the journey.
In this relaxing class our instructor will take you through various stretches based on the well known Yoga poses that focus on strength, flexibility and breathing to boost both physical and mental wellbeing.
Fat Burn Extreme is a new concept in instructor led fitness training & weight loss exercising. The first of its kind, it is a fixed 20 minute, maximal intensity workout with no dictated rest periods. This means no participants will work until fatigue and rest only for recovery, making it specific to the individual regardless of age, gender, or current fitness capabilities.
X-Fit Barbell Club is a coach supported group session where you lift, learn and support each other. Centred around big compound lifts like Squats, Bench Press, Deadlift and Overhead Press it provides an environment for all levels of experience to train together and develop their skills with coaches on hand to give expert advice and support whether you follow your own programme, want one to follow or are looking to improve technique, advanced or beginners, this is for you.
