Our memberships range from £69 to £150 per month.
Personally, I think this is a steal at just a little over £2 a day.
“Wow, wow, wow…a steal?
I could join a budget gym for £20 a month…”
Yes, I understand why some people might think this is a bit much when looking at it from the perspective of a £20 budget gym set up.
The difference is huge though…in X-fit no one is just a number.
At X-Fit you get the guidance you need to get the best of results.
We can’t do the work for you but we can show you how.
We know everyone by name, we check in with you if you’ve been missing and help all our members by either giving or making a plan for you to get results.
I’d even argue that our cheapest membership gets better results than most people manage with personal training elsewhere which could be over 5 times the price a month.
So what do you get for your £69 at X-Fit?
A flexible timetable with Small group sessions that are programmed to work in synergy, each Session working in tandem with the others to get you results.
You get access to over 25 of these sessions a week ranging from 6am-7pm during the week and Saturday morning classes.
3 of these will your core sessions, scaled to individual ability, a measured hybrid of strength training and metabolic conditioning scientifically shown to achieve the best results. If you feel that you want more, you have the option of attending as many top-up conditioning sessions as you wish.
Weight training under the supervision of experienced coaches, providing you with skills and exercise knowledge that will last you a lifetime.
Workbooks to track your sessions and stop you falling into a rut and make sure you continue to progress.
Help with nutrition:
Practical elements such as habit creation or how to effectively track your food.
And each month you get to sit down with our head coach for a monthly review to make sure you are getting the most out of the gym and find out if we can do any more to help.
All this starts at £69pm or a little over £2 per day. We feel this is exceptional value for money.
Hundreds love it. But if you don’t think we’re worth it, we wish you the best of luck.
